Floating Barn – Pale Ale

Appearance: Pale straw/yellow colour.
Taste: Light and approachable with just the slightest hint of hops. Easy drinking. Sure to float your barn.
Rising Pheasant – Brown Ale
ABV – 5.0% | IBUs - 24
Appearance: Deep transparent brown colour.
Taste: Rich, toasty and a bit sweet. Suggestions of caramel and coffee. Mild bitterness and earthy tones. For those that are looking for a full flavoured beverage.
Sinking Porcupine – Pilsner
ABV – 5.0% | IBUs - 16
Appearance: Pale straw/yellow colour.
Taste: Slight bready smell. Subtle wheat-forward, cracker taste with a pillowy & fluffy mouth feel. Light, easy drinking and deliciously flavourful.
English Bitter - Ale
ABV - 5.5% | IBUs - 30
Appearance: Brown/amber colour.
Taste: Despite what the name suggests, not overly bitter or hoppy, but rather rich and smooth. Aroma of sweet malt, dried fruit & spice. Hints of nut, raisin and plum. Folks familiar with traditional British pub ales will feel right at home with this beer – if you know, you know.
Diving Fox – IPA
ABV – 6.5% | IBUs - 52
Appearance: Golden/orange colour.
Taste: Hoppy bitterness that does not slap you in the face. A sweet and malty base to balance the flavours. Brewed for folks that are both new and seasoned to IPAs.
Muddy Tail – Stout
ABV – 6.0% | IBUs - 37
Appearance: The darkest brown, almost black.
Taste: Flavours of roasted malt, toasted bread and dark chocolate. Full bodied, but does not sit heavy in your stomach. A dark beer worth slapping your tail over.
From Another Galaxy - Hazy IPA
ABV - 6.0% | IBUs - 70
Appearance: Cloudy pale straw colour.
Taste: Juicy, citrus, peach and passionfruit flavours accompanied by a solid kick of hops. Bitter, balanced and delightful.
Raspberry Buoy - Raspberry Cheesecake Tart Ale
ABV - 5.0% | IBUs – 15.5
Appearance: Rosey pink colour.
Taste: A burst of raspberry sweetness with a hint of vanilla. Reasonably tart, illiciting a bit of a cheek pucker. However, not a full blown sour. Meant for patios and hot summer days. Let’s be honest, raspberry in anything is basically a cheat code for making it a winner.
I’ll Take a Mulligan – Non-Alcoholic Pale Ale
ABV – 0.5% | IBUs – 12
Appearance: Transparent with a pale straw colour.
Taste: Hints of crackers and citrus on the nose. Wheaty crisp flavour with mild suggestions of hops and pine. Whether you have to lock-in on the course or are just relaxing on a patio, you can always have just one more.

SPRING
Golden Ale (previously Belvedere)
ABV - 5.0% | IBUs - 22
Appearance: Deep golden/orange colour.
Taste: Smooth tropical & juicy flavours reminscinent of pineapple and orange. The splash of sweet citrus compliments the mildly hoppy finish.
FALL
Märzen - German Ale
ABV - 5.0% | IBUs - 23
Appearance: Deep yellow/orange colour.
Taste: Bready, smooth and rich. Hints of roasted nuts and caramel. Brewed in the spirit and style of a traditional German Märzen meant for Oktoberfest. Delightfully crisp and delicious!
SUMMER
Key Lime Gose
ABV – 4.5% | IBUs – 20
Appearance: Pale hazy straw colour.
Taste: Refreshing blast of lime and salt with a mild tartness and clean finish. A beer disguised as a margarita.
Trapped Mosquito - Amber Lager
ABV - 4.5% | IBUs - 16
Appearance: Transparent amber brown colour.
Taste: Light malty taste that is crisp and refreshing. Easy drinking while remaining full flavoured. Guaranteed to turn any drinker of mainstream beers into a Craft Beer lover!
WINTER
Skating Deer – Eggnog White Stout
ABV – 6.5% | IBUs – 19
Appearance: Pale brown colour.
Taste: Sweet and creamy flavour with notes of nutmeg and vanilla. Quite rich, definitely fair to characterize it as a “dessert beer.” Plus this one up by adding a shot of rum to increase its festive potential.
Soggy Ginger – Gingerbread IPA
ABV – 5.0% | IBUs – 38
Appearance: Deep tan colour.
Taste: The mild bitterness with a touch of sweetness compliments the ginger, cinnamon, clove and all spice flavours. You could be excused for thinking that you are drinking a gingerbread cookie.
On the High River to Hell - Black Lager
ABV - 6.0% | IBUs - 22
Appearance: Deep black colour.
Taste: Roasty crisp flavour that is malt forward but not heavy. Nice caramel finish. Surprisingly light and easy drinking for such a dark beer.
